Feeling isolated or stuck? Want the support of professionals to help you set and achieve your goals? The Thrive Program changes lives. Over 80% of Thrive participants see measured improvements in their quality of life. Thrive’s curriculum and community-centered approach supports young moms to work towards educational, financial and relational goals.
At The Table Mentoring Course
This course is an invitation to belong to a safe community of women who desire connection, friendship and transparency. Gathering together to discover your purposes, deepest desires fulfilled, to know your Creator, learn how to love generously and how to thrive in your daily life.
This 10-session course includes digging into your core values, a personality assessment, addressing mental, emotional and physical health, designing your personal life declaration, creating an art project, sharing life’s struggles and supporting one another.
COURSE Details
Course dates: Wednesday, October 2nd, 2024 to Wednesday, February 19th 2025
Course schedule: 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month from 12:30pm-2:00pm
Arrive early! Lunch provided at 12pm
Course certification: participants will receive Certification for Food Safe or First Aid (or another Certification with approval from Thrive Coordinator) upon graduation of the program
FREE childminding during sessions
Staff support, mentoring and access or referrals to professional counselling
The 2024 application deadline is Sunday, September 15th, 2024. Interviews for selected applicants will take place mid September.
